Strength, mobility, flexibility and pole training designed to help you build a stronger, more capable body.

Movement has been a major part of my life for many years. I teach strength, mobility, Pilates, yoga and pole — and I work with people who want to train with intention rather than chase quick results.
My approach is simple: build real strength, understand your body, and progress at a pace that lasts.

Choose the type of training that fits your goals, your body and your current level.

About
I teach movement because I have spent years practising it. Strength, mobility, Pilates, yoga and pole all inform how I coach — and how I structure every program on this site.

Pole
Pole asks for strength, mobility, coordination, body awareness and technique — all at once. Trained properly, it becomes one of the most complete forms of movement there is.
Years of teaching group classes — strength, mobility, Pilates and yoga — with real people, real progress.
